You will work closely with one of our design consultants to bring your vision to life: whether that means customising an existing design, combining elements from multiple styles, or creating something entirely original catered to you. After finalising your concept, our consultant collaborates with our CAD/CAM team to produce detailed computer renderings or physical models for your review. You will have the opportunity to request adjustments at every stage, and once you are completely satisfied, your design moves into production.

Watch Sourcing
Our watch sourcing service is designed to help you secure the exact luxury timepiece you’re looking for. If the watch you want isn’t listed on our website, we can source sought-after models from brands such as Rolex and Omega based on your specific preferences, including model, condition, and budget. Our experienced buyers work through a trusted network to locate your chosen watch and deliver it within 4 weeks, ensuring it arrives in excellent condition with no functional or cosmetic issues. To give you complete peace of mind, we also include a complimentary decoat service where required, leaving your watch looking fresh, refined, and as close to brand new as possible. This personalised approach allows you to confidently obtain the luxury watch you want, even when it’s difficult to find elsewhere.
Watch Servicing and Restoration
Our team includes some of the UK's finest watch technicians, offering comprehensive servicing and restoration for nearly all watch brands. Our full service includes complete movement disassembly, precision cleaning using advanced technology, reassembly with proper lubrication and regulation, re-casing with water pressure testing where required, and a final 72-hour timekeeping test.
De-coating and Restoration
We specialise in de-coating and restoration: a meticulous process that can take several months depending on the original coating and extent of damage. Dial restoration and Customisation
Our custom watch specialists offer dial restoration and customisation, returning dials to their original condition or personalising them to your specifications. Our technicians can also repair or replace watch bracelets and source new movements when watches are beyond repair.

Whether you are looking for a complete makeover or subtle personalisation, we can transform your timepiece. Our services range from simple dial or caseback engraving to full customisations, with particular expertise in complete restorations and two-tone DLC coatings.
