12-Month Manufacturer Warranty
All of our jewellery includes a 12-month manufacturer warranty covering faults related to the production of the item. This typically includes manufacturing defects, such as a gemstone falling out or a clasp breaking under normal use. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear (including scratches, dents, or everyday damage), damage caused by accidents, misuse or improper care, or lost or stolen items.
To use your warranty, please keep your proof of purchase, as you will need it when making a claim. We recommend storing your receipt and any warranty information somewhere safe. If you notice anything unusual with your jewellery, contact us as soon as possible, so we can review the issue. When submitting a claim, you may be asked to provide details or evidence showing how the damage occurred, so we can assess whether it falls under the warranty.
Whatever the issue - whether it is a manufacturing fault or accidental damage - we encourage you to send the item to us for assessment. If the problem is due to a manufacturing issue, we will repair it free of charge. If the damage was accidental, we will provide a fair repair quote with no obligation, so you can decide how you would like to proceed. Either way, we are here to help!
All of our natural mined diamonds and lab-grown diamonds are conflict-free, and every piece of gold, silver, and platinum jewellery is hallmarked in the UK to verify its purity and authenticity.
For additional protection beyond manufacturing defects (such as loss or theft), you may also wish to consider third-party jewellery insurance for more comprehensive coverage.
