Refund and Returns

At Savant Jewellers, we have a 14 day item refund and return policy, which means you will have a 14 day cooling off period time frame after you have received your item to request a refund.

To be eligible for this return, you must ensure that the item is returned to us in the given condition that you received it in. These items must also be sent back to us in its original packaging and any labels; alongside the receipt as proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted we will provide you with the returns service shipping label. We will also provide you with clear and concise instructions, on how and where to return your package. Items that are sent back to us without an email being sent to us for our review and confirmation will not be accepted. 

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and thus inform you, if the refund has been approved or declined. If your refund has been approved, this will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 3-5 business days: this will be dependent on your bank.

Steps to be taken for the refund:

  1. Email us clearly as we have stated and we will produce a refund label.

  2.  Once step one has been completed please package the item with our packaging bag which arrived to you on delivery with the item or items. Ensure the correct delivery address is written clearly, as without this we cannot produce your refund as we may not receive the item.
  3. Bring the packaged item or items to your chosen post office desk, and ensure you are given your evidence of the postal order as this is very imperative. Please be aware that shipping costs of any products that are sent back to us will have to be catered for by you. We would also kindly advise you to use a tracking service for your item or items that are sent, as we are not responsible for any products that do not arrive to us.
  4. Our team at Savant Jewellers will then asses the item or items, and see if they meet the listed criteria to pass for the refund. If accepted we will then process your refund, which will be ascribed back to the same account that the purchase was initially made from. You will then receive your refund within 3-5 business days, and you will also be notified via email of what has taken place. 

Non-refundable items
There are specific types of items that cannot be returned for a refund: these products are custom made products, gift cards and earrings, for hygiene reason. Please also be aware that shipping costs are not eligible for refunds. Please get in touch with us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item that you wish to share with us.  

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon its arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective or if you have received the wrong item. This is imperative as we will evaluate the issue and make it right for you.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item for another item; please also ensure that the item is within the exact same figurative rate of the purchase that was initially made. European Union 14 day cooling off period 
If you are based in the EU, your product will be shipped within a 14 day time frame. As the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel, or return your order within 14 days. This can be done for any reason and without a justification.
